My latest caning project!!  An antique dealer, that I cane chairs for, gave me this cute little chair!  It's not in the best of shape but with the back covered with the ABC's, it looks pretty darn cute!

I took a geocaching trip to Cartersville, GA. area today with my friend Lea.  We left home at 7:45 a.m., storm had passed through earlier, and started caching around the Tellus Museum just off I-75.  We found 20 caches today!  This tree was in the area of one of our caches.  It is a huge maple tree.  Yes, there are big trees in Georgia!

My new project given to me by my antique dealer friend, for whom I do some caning!  Will wash with Murphy's oil soap, when it warms up, take out old caning and get started!  My first caning job for 2012!!
